Dragon Rider

-An art challenge me and my friends did where the task was to design a villain. I took inspiration from the book "Dragon Rider" by the amazing Cornelia Funke, where the villain is a huge, golden dragon named Nettlebrand.

-Nettlebrand has an unbelievably destructive nature and an even worse personality. Either way, he was super fun to draw!

-The illustration above is supposed to be a "fake movie screenshot" and was inspired by a scene in the book where Nettlebrand reveals to another character how threatening he can be.
